1.2. The General Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between the account owner and Stelario.com.
1.3. You must register an account at Stelario before playing.
1.4. An account at Stelario.com is used for conducting commercial transactions and engaging in gambling activities.
1.5. Stelario Casino, referred to as the “Website”, provides all relevant information about Stelario’s activities and services.
1.6. Each game at Stelario has its own specific rules and conditions.
1.7. Terms and conditions for bonuses and promotions are available in the “Promotions” section of the Website.
1.8. Users must use the Company’s services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable restrictions.

Create an account

2.1. You must register a player account at our Website before using our services.
2.2. You can create an account by following on-screen instructions or other methods provided by Stelario.
2.3. Your account will be managed by Stelario or its affiliates.
2.4. During registration, you must provide personal data such as name, birth date, and contact details.
2.4.1. The Financial Department may delay withdrawals for up to 14 business days for account verification.
2.5. By creating an account, you accept the risks of gambling and confirm you are of legal age and eligible to gamble.
2.5.1. Stelario may request video verification via Skype for additional security.
2.6. Personal data must be accurate and updated, and only one account per person is allowed.

Stelario account management

3.1. Stelario reserves the right to reject account creation, block accounts, and request additional verification documents.
3.2. Stelario guarantees safe management of user funds and compliance with privacy laws.
3.3. Stelario is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
3.4. Only one account per person is allowed, and duplicate accounts may be blocked.
3.5. Account data must not be disclosed, sold, or transferred to third parties.
3.6. Funds transfer between accounts and using third-party payment methods are prohibited.

Responsible gaming and account settings

4.1. Account settings allow users to block access to games for a certain period.
4.2. Stelario may block accounts if gambling negatively impacts a user’s life.
4.3. Gambling can be addictive, and users can request to block their account if needed.

Active and inactive accounts

5.1. An account is inactive if not used for 12 consecutive months.
5.2. Stelario may suspend or delete inactive accounts after attempting to contact the user.
5.3. Users with positive balances on blocked accounts must contact support for fund withdrawal.
5.4. Inactive accounts incur a monthly fee of €5.
5.5. Cashback balances on inactive accounts are canceled.

Chargeback

6.1. Stelario may suspend accounts while processing chargeback requests.
6.2. Users must confirm their identity and payment method upon receiving a chargeback notification.
6.3. Stelario may debit remaining funds from inactive accounts if the user does not respond to chargeback notifications.

Block an account

7.1. Users can block their account by contacting support.
7.2. Users must contact support to withdraw funds from blocked or deleted accounts.
7.3. Users blocking their account due to gambling issues agree not to create new accounts.
7.4. Accounts can only be blocked if no funds are available or withdrawal requests are pending.
7.5. Users previously blocked for gambling issues must not open new accounts.
7.6. Stelario may return deposits minus an administrative fee for violating project rules.
